Does the training have any side effects?

No, the training is not at all dangerous. Electric Muscle Stimulation has been used by chiropractors, physicians and osteopaths for decades, but only recently has it started to make headway in personal training. The machines themselves use very low voltage electrical impulses.

How often can I do the training?

We recommend that you train twice a week. After each training session it usually takes around 36-48 hours for the body to recover and consequently, doing more than three sessions a week is not recommended.

What Should I Wear?

Come as you are, and we mean it! You will be provided with a fresh piece of VisionBody EMS suit (and disposable underwear) for your workout and that’s where the magic happens. For the shy ladies, all you need is a sports bra. Footwear is optional, as you’ll mostly be training on our padded flooring. We’ve got your towels and toiletries all covered as well.

What Happens on my First Visit?

Anyone stepping into VisionGym for the first time will begin with our introductory class where you will get comfortable working out with our EMS technology. Don’t expect a strenuous workout during the introductory class. Instead, our trainers will guide you through 20 minutes of very basic exercises. At the end of the class, be assured of a fullbody workout.

On the whole, VisionGym takes on a holistic approach in building strength and toning your body. We bring fun to your mundane workouts, so come with the right attitude and you will definitely love it! Bring a friend or two for maximum enjoyment or just to motivate one another.
